DNS stands for Domain Name System. DNS is the system that routes internet traffic through your domain (ex: company.com) to the IP Address where your website, email, and other web applications are hosted.
To update and manage your site's DNS records, we will need to have access to the domain settings, which are typically in the same account where you registered your domain (or in some instances, with a third party provider.)
