If your site is hosted on Kinsta, Cornershop provides hosting management support, including:

Overseeing server-level updates (including PHP upgrades)
Monitoring uptime, usage, and bandwidth

More advanced server management requests may incur additional costs.
You also have access to our support team at support@cornershopcreative.com. Hosting-related support beyond two (2) hours per month may be invoiced to the client, typically implying that there is a coding issues that is incompatible with the server.
Outages
Our team receives automated uptime alerts for any server outages. If you notice downtime before we do, please email support@cornershopcreative.com with “urgent outage” in the subject line.
During business hours, this alerts our developers immediately
During evenings and weekends, our 24/7 Help Desk will notify the on-call developer
Troubleshooting is typically faster during business hours. If an issue occurs after hours, resolution may take longer depending on the cause and may extend into the next business day.
More outage information is available here.
